For Richmonders

Just in time for Earth Day:

The City of Richmond Planning Commission approved the 14th Street Capital Trees Initiative by the Garden Club of Virginia in association with 3north landscape architects.

This project is designed to improve the streetscape aesthetically and to serve as a bio-filter to enhance the stormwater quality of the run-off into the James River and Chesapeake Bay.
